Summary/Abstract: Strategic planning represents one of the most important components of strategic management and has an important role to transform static plans into a system that provides strategic performance feedback to decision making and enables the organization to evolve and grow. Also, strategic planning allows organization to set priorities, focus energy and available resources, strengthen operations in order to assess and adjust the organization’s direction in response to a changing environment.
