Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to application of distributive logistics at an enterprise. For determining peculiarities of functioning of the logistic chain, an analysis of each of its components has been made. On the basis of the obtained results, the necessity of creating a distribution center at an enterprise in the context of improving its logistics chain has been substantiated. As a priority direction for determining the variant of location of a distribution center for an enterprise the method of determining of the weight center has been proposed.
