Summary/Abstract: The communication process specific to each stage of a crisis needs to be organized taking into account its characteristics, the estimated consequences, the number of persons involved and its estimated impact. It is also highly important to assess the perspective of the target groups on the crisis, the institutional opportunities to manage it and the involvement of media which may influence the evolution of the events by its broadcastings.
