Summary/Abstract: Managing any modern organization implies that man is the main performer of any activity; the personnel is the determining source regardless of the nature of the situation. The efficiency of the supervision and control at the state border is determined by situational variables, as well as individual variables. Individual variables define the personality of the individual, his bio-psyche-social structure.
