Summary/Abstract: The beginning of the new millennia has brought a new international political era having like a central spot the security of a future world. Today, the technological development, the new concepts regarding the military operations, the geo-spatial and nuclear weapons, the socio-economic interests, the religious or political convictions, all of these compose a new scene of the human confrontations known as hybrid - wars. On the context, the intelligence community needs a new approach and new foundations that implies a new role of the intelligence analyst.
