Summary/Abstract: Purpose – The aim of this study is to determine the mediating effect of person-organization fit on the effect of intrepreneurship on staff’s work engagement. Design/methodology/approach – The sample of the study consists of 382 employees working in Balıkesir. Data colleted with data tool and data were analyzed using mediation effect via SPSS and PROCESS macro software. In addition, Bootstrap test, Sobel Z test and Aroian test were used to determine mediation effect. Findings - It was observed that person-organization fit a partial mediating role on the effect of intrepreneurship on work engagement.
