Summary/Abstract: If, before entering into force of the current Civil Code was obvious that the rescission/revocation of the contract was a specific effect of culpable non mutual contracts, currently opinions are not uniform, ranging from one extreme to another, respectively from its application to any contracts to strictly limit the scope of reciprocal agreements.
