Summary/Abstract: Considering the today's economic conditions, working in return for a fee to provide individuals living at the minimum level is inevitable. It is extremely important for individuals to engage in manufacturing operations in accordance with their interests and abilities in a job and to ensure their continuity. Therefore, to ensure continuity of employment, individuals should be directed to jobs that they can do in accordance with their interests and talents. In our country, employment activities are carried out by means of active and passive labor employment policies implemented by Turkey Business Council. Failure to carry out employment activities adequately or incompletely will bring the unemployment problem. The literature was reviewed by analyzing the data covering the period 2010-2015 of active labor market policies of Turkey Business Council such as job and career counseling services, vocational training courses (UMEM, İEP, TYP), vocational training courses organized for disadvantaged groups and unemployment insurance services that is the passive labor market policies. In this regard, some suggestions were made to let the services become better carried out by Turkey Business Association to contribute to employment. Additionally, negative aspects of ongoing services are mentioned it is stated that with some required arrangements better levels may be reached.
