SOME SPECIFICATIONS REGARDING CONFORMITY BEHAVIOR

Summary/Abstract: This paper analyzes the peculiarities of compliance management, how it emerges and that conditions that lead to its existence. The authors, in a functional perspective, present the main strategies in and the usual tactics to ensure compliance from others. The working hypothesis is that although obtaining conformism is natural, mandatory for a society, this condition does not automatically endow people with skills in this area, so a preparation for the acquisition of skills is very effective.
