Summary/Abstract: The essence of the concepts of educational service, educational services market, regional educational services market are determined. The essence of the regional educational services market and its importance in the conditions of the European integration are determined. It is proved that in the conditions of the implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union and the prospects for the entry of the national education sphere into the European educational space, the necessity of its adaptation to European quality standards is urgent. The results of the evaluation of the development of regional educational services markets in Ukraine and the range of average prices for education are highlighted, the index of quality of educational services in the regions of Ukraine in 2017 is calculated.
