Summary/Abstract: Lack efficiency of the mechanisms of environmentally safe using natural conditions and resources leads to necessity of scientific justification directions of improvement their organizational-economic maintenance at national and regional levels. The concept of environmentally friendly use of natural resources was determined. The strategic direction of the improvement and integrated management algorithm of environmentally friendly natural resources using were demonstrated.
