Summary/Abstract: The concurrence of the jubilee of the National pantheon of the Spirit of Bulgaria with the a quarter of a century from the demise of the last Bulgarian encyclopaedist and a half of a century from the disappearance of one All-Bulgarian institution – symbols of the European cultural tradition and of the civilization as a human phenomenon – are at the cynosure.In the sketch presented here leading is the natural chronology of the described, rooted by some consecutively emerging vectors of the examined ontology: I. First encounter: the Divine; II. Studies under the vaults of the Library: genres of bibliography, stationary in the world universal bibliography; III. Bibliographer in the Library; III. 1. Current national bibliography; III. 2. Personal bibliographies and historiography: a model of the Bulgarian Bibliographic Institute; III. 3. Rhizome-reticular style: library (catalog) bibliography; III. 4. Club on the etiquette of library and bibliographic activity: exteriorica Bulgarica – bibliographic guide (Honor); ІV.Demiurge of the rhizome-reticular phenomenology of the bibliography: cognitology related to the chronotope of the Library as an element of the biblio–info–noosphere; IV. 1. The lore for the development of the scientific culture: modeling and prognostic function of the bibliography of bibliographies; IV. 2. Science: meta-systemic unity of the bibliography; IV. 3.
