Summary/Abstract: The article presents two models: Johari Windows and a diagram of discounting transaction, as useful templates for designing methods to allow assessment of interpersonal competences of teachers. They come from different but complementary areas: the theory of interpersonal communication and psychological support, and the concept of transactional analysis. The first model is used to enhance their own self-awareness in relationship with others. It also lets you extend the hypothesis of an unchanging constancy of proportionality indicating the areas of awareness and ignorance in relations with others. The second model is expressed by unconsciously ignoring some important information for troubleshooting specific problems in teacher’s work. Empirical verification or falsification can show utility this models for pedagogical practise.
