Summary/Abstract: It is impossible to convert the shape of the lights into the form of the presented contribution, only some peculiarities of the suite can perhaps be used by way of distant similarity. The composition of the article will consist of intense denser features connected with cyclical manifestations. The content will be an analysis of some essential, substantive legal features of the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities, adopted by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe on 10 November 1994 and subsequently opened for signature on 1 February 1995. The Convention entered into force on 1 February 1998.
