Summary/Abstract: In order to determine the relationship between cultural values, psychological capital and career adaptability, questionnaire method was applied to 1086 students of Mehmet Akif Ersoy University who were educated in the 2nd and 4/5th faculties of F.E.A.S. Architecture and Engineering, Veterinary, Health Sciences and Education faculties. According to the findings of the research, the values have a significant effect on both psychological capital and career adaptability of the individual. In addition, psychological capital has a direct effect on career adaptability. It has been determined that the self-transcendence and openness to change are the values that have the greatest influence on both psychological capital and career adaptability. In addition, it has been observed that the psychological capital's hope and self-efficacy dimensions have a high effect on career adaptability. According to the results of the difference analysis made in the context of demographic variables, significant differences were found in the value orientation, the psychological capital and the career adaptability in terms of settlement area and gender discrimination of the participants' children. But there is no significant difference in the context of the grade.
