Summary/Abstract: Based on surveys, the characteristic areas of the holiday real estate market were indicated. A model was presented in which a forecast for the development of the residential market was assumed. The implementation of the objective set in the article contributed to the explanation of the complex phenomenon of holiday properties for sale.
