Summary/Abstract: The article examines the new realities in private and public sector organizations caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The particular aspects are assessed from a substantive nature, taking into account the current emergency situation, as well as the related changes of a different kind. There is a strong focus on both the lessons and the prognoses of all this.
