Summary/Abstract: This article treats some key elements of tragedy in relation to the therapeutic effect of antique theater. It begins with the relation catharsis - tragedy, to be concretized into specific elements of the tragedy. Aristotle's proclamation of the tragedy as a supreme form of verbal art is based on the fact that this genre communicates directly with the public, so it has a direct and immediate moral effect. The ancient tragedy here is treated as a perfect harmonical form of organizational elements
