SOME ASPECTS REGARDING DISCIPLINARY LIABILITY IN COMPARATIVE LAW

Summary/Abstract: This study aims to highlight some aspects defining disciplinary law of some European countries in the context of current legislation. Thus we have considered some aspects of the legal framework of disciplinary liability, disciplinary faults, disciplinary proceedings and disciplinary sanctions in France, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Moldova and Switzerland. The goal is to create an overview of the disciplinary matter in Europe for correct positioning of Romania in the current stage of development of disciplinary liability institution.
