Summary/Abstract: This article aims to present career development as a personality development in the dynamic environment of the 21st century as well as its essential role in everyday life of every employee or manager in the administration. By linking theory to practice, the article shows good practices, the dissemination of which would be beneficial to development of contemporary public administration.
