Summary/Abstract: Organizational development is a multifaceted process that contains many different aspects. In today’s dynamic environment, the need for organizational development is inevitable and growing. The article aims to examine the concept of organizational development and its application in the public sphere as well as to outline some disadvantages of the administration. There are also good practices in the field of public administration that aim to show the connection between theory and practice.
