Summary/Abstract: The dynamic environment in recent months has put to the test the various spheres of public life - politics, economics, health, education. The changes brought about by the emergence of the so-called "Coronavirus" are related to human resource management and organizations in general. The article aims to present good practices related to the management process in times of crisis, emphasizing the importance of corporate social responsibility in motivation and organizational development.
