Summary/Abstract: The Paris Peace Conference the mission of building, after the First World War, a new political and teritorial order in Europe. The disappearance of the great German, Russian, Austro-Hungarian and Ottoman empires gave a new impetus to the peoples of Europe to form nation states.The authors of the peace treaties sought and succeeded in restoring the map of Europe after the war. Following the signing of the peace traities of Saint-Germain-en-Laye (September 10, 1919), Neuilly-sur-Seine (November 27, 1919) and Trianon (June 4, 1920), new states were dormed in Central-Eastern Europe, others completing their national unity.
