Summary/Abstract: Unexpected events and epidemics occurring on a global scale pose threats throughout the world. The outbreak of New Type Coronavirus (COVID-19), which emerged in Wuhan, China and spread all over the world, has been one of the major threats the world faced in recent years. The anxiety, fear and depression caused by the outbreak have made the psychological, sociological and economic effects more and more appreciable by disturbing both individuals and sectors and thus, enterprises. Effects of the pandemic were increased by the economic problems faced by enterprises and their reflection on people in addition to the sociological and psychological problems experienced especially at the individual and social levels. Scholars frequently use the term "conflict" and we all encounter this term in our daily lives. It refers to negative emotions and behaviors such as disagreement, incompatibility, distress, stress, hostility and anxiety. The main reason for this is the painful experiences people have had in the past with conflict. People often react to conflicts by avoiding conflicts or by attacking the other party's emotions and behavior.
