Summary/Abstract: The aim of this research is examination the relevance between perceptions of parent attitude with friendship relations of teenagers and peer diversion. Study group consisted of 500 teenagers who are secondary school students. "Mother-father Attitude Scale", "Friendship Relations Scale" and "Peer Diversion Scale" were used to collect data. Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis H-Tests and Spearman Brown correlation analysis were used in the analysis of the data. As a result of research it has been determined that there is significant difference between mother-father attitudes with gender of teenagers, the age of mother and father's education status (p<0.05). As the level of adolescents' perception of their parents as democratically increased, their attachment and trust and identification increase in friendship relations. As the levels of adolescents' perception of their parents as protectively, adolescents' attachment and peer deviation levels in friendship relationships increase and their trust and identification and loyalty levels decrease. As the level of adolescents' perception of parents as authoritarian increases, their level of attachment and deviation increases in their peer relationships and their loyalty decreases.
