Summary/Abstract: Impacts of Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic which principally broke out in China in the last days of 2019 in the world and has continued with the loss of numerous people by increasing in a short time and information regarding that this pandemic has been primarily originated from the eating habits of Chinese people were started to be announced in the press. Cautionary information was shared with the estimated analyses and precaution scenario related with the expected economic impacts in the sectors having trade connections with China rather than by the internal organizations in the early weeks. However, the globalizing Coronavirus crisis produced a shock impact all over the World with the spreading of the pandemic in European countries and then USA in a short time and it was started to announce losses in the countries at amounts exceeding the impacts experienced in China. Consequentially, the World faced with human losses and economic losses in an environment of struggling with Coronavirus crisis which is rapidly increasing and whose treatment has not been known yet. Besides the benefits provided from the digital facilities used all over the World for handling the process, there are the losses encountered due to the fact that it is not possible to reach exact information about when Coronavirus crisis started, how it will spread and what the global impacts are in the communication domain. In this study, the World perspective is examined in regard to the losses and winners within the framework of the impacts encountered due to the global Coronavirus crisis, also, the health systems of countries and their performances in the crisis management are investigated about the outcomes to be experienced.
