Summary/Abstract: Prior to the craftsmen and trades were the occupations in primeval, ancient eras, developed in the middle ages, amplified and improved in the modern era, abandoned and forgotten in the current contemporary times: spun, woven, carpentry, blacksmithing, leather, glassware, etc. Beyond of what has been written about the ethnographic area Trotuș until now, we wanted to find those people who gave beauty of this area and to hear directly from them what these crafts meant.
