Summary/Abstract: The paper examines the phenomenon of corporate amnesia, which is a common problem in various industries, as well as in organizations of different size. It presents the main problems that arise from this phenomenon and the possibility of it being regulated through knowledge monitoring. The research object is the tacit knowledge in the organization. The purpose of the paper is to identify corporate amnesia and its effect on the organization.
