PROBLEMS OF PLANNING POLICIES AND PLANNING MEASURES IN AGRICULTURAL LANDS (EXAMPLE OF EMPIRICAL RESEARCH)

Summary/Abstract: The effective implementation of planning policy in its diversity is directly related to the expected final results, that provide for the sustainability in the development of all sectors of the economy, including the agricultural sector. "One of the goals of European agricultural policy is related to the sustainable management of agricultural land ..." (Nikolova. M., 2019). The different planning policies in the agrarian sector reflect in their diversity the needs of the sector of conditions, including structural ones, to provide for its sustainable development. These conditions are ensured by the implementation of planning measures in the agricultural lands. The paper deals with some of the accents in the planning policy in the agricultural sector of the Republic of Bulgaria and the problems accompanying this policy. Based on the findings from an empirical research, it makes the relevant conclusions and recommendations.
