Summary/Abstract: Building a long-term and effective relationship with the target audiences is a priority for the marketing of each organization. Museums are not an exception. Their mission of preserving cultural heritage raises specific requirements for relationship marketing. This article will explore the relationships that the museum builds with a variety of internal and external audiences.
