Summary/Abstract: The first peace treaty in World War I was the separatist treaty between Bolshevik Russia and the Central Powers. It was concluded on March 3, 1918 in Brest Litovsk (Brześć Litewski). On November 13, 1918 Bolshevik Russia terminated the separatist Treaty of Brest-Litovsk. The Red Army started moving west. The aim was to introduce the communist revolution to Germany and other countries.
