Summary/Abstract: Contemporary long line of attacks on human life (torture, killing, execution, terorism, crimes, wars, genocides) annuls the results of scientific and technological development. Thanks to learning/teaching a man as an individual as well as the entire human rase can find a solution to the situation. Upbringing/education not only provides all possible humanistic alternatives but also represents the shortest way to a person's rising to humanity. Writing this paper the author aspires to renew and strenghten a belief in educetion as an important instrument in fighting for peace and security. Some hypotheses and circumstances in which can have the power of preventing genocidal behaviour are presented in this paper.
