Summary/Abstract: Following on from the first part, dedicated to the highest state bodies in the Norwegian constitutional system, I would like to point out some other selected aspects that are of particular importance in the system and which can be argued that omitting them would seek an overall view of the Norwegian constitutional system. the system has become substantially simplified, thus not fully capturing its reality. Due to the logical connection to the first part of the article, which ended with the issue of the creation of the legislature, I begin the second part by looking at the position of members of the legislature, which is related to the existence of a specific judicial body in the Norwegian constitutional system, the Imperial Court.
