Summary/Abstract: Innominate, or an unnamed legal act, as one of the institutes expressing the autonomy of the will - a principle which is one of the basic pillars of private law - is quite commonly known from the regulation of both civil law and commercial law. Separate provisions are devoted to it in the relevant codes, clearly defining its existence and nature, the application of which does not pose major problems in theory or practice.
