ANALYSIS OF LEGAL PROVISIONS IN THE FIELD OF GAMBLING IN FRANCE AND GERMANY

Summary/Abstract: This study covers the legal regulations in the field of gambling in France and Germany. For a uniform regulation at EU level, it is important to know, which are features of organization and operation of gambling in the Member States and which differences between legal systems operating in this field are. A new aspect presented in the article is the latest regulations in the gambling online, an industry that took a major leap globally through significant amounts of money that are handled well and the need for sweeping regulatory gaming taking place over the Internet.
