Summary/Abstract: The author looks at the stages of subject oriented instruction development in the context of language and linguistic education. The debatable issues of subject oriented classes curricula and university specialty programmes are raised. The examples are set to confirm the necessity of making these innovative processes irreversible and sustainable.
