Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article was to develop scientific and practical recommendations for improving the sustainable development mechanisms at the central, regional, local levels and levels of enterprises in the social and economic spheres of Ukraine for the effective management decisions adoption and implementation. The problems and peculiarities of the responsible state in the conditions of sustainable development are defined. The basic directions of development of socially responsible education and science and their influence on the labor market and professional employment of youth are defined. Scientific and practical recommendations on the formation of effective mechanisms of sustainable development at the state, regional and local level are offered.
