Summary/Abstract: The author highlights the contribution of multidisciplinary scope of several technical professions that encounter in the performance of work in orphanages. Identifies the competencies and powers of individual professionals, presented the main principles of the Concept of deinstitutionalisation foster care. The empirical record provides a case study repatriated child ordering the substitute family care.
