Summary/Abstract: Health is a fundamental value for the population, society and a resource for the development of social life as a whole. This paper analyzes the performance of the health system in Norway and Netherlands by investigating the distribution of funding allocations for the health system. The importance of these allocations reflects the improvement of health facilities. The analyzed indicators are total health expenditures as percentage of GDP and total health expenditures with health facilities.
