Summary/Abstract: In Romania, the participation in the 2019 European Parliament elections was close to the European average, a visible progress compared to 2014. The vote confirmed the tendency to return to a more balanced multipartism, and PSD lost the first place. PNL would probably have been satisfied with a second place, while for USR PLUS it was a great performance.
