Summary/Abstract: Given the rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus, the local judicial bodies will have to address an increasing number of cases in which various people do not comply with the necessary sanitary measures, endangering the others. The crime of obstruction of disease prevention has received increasing attention lately. This study aims to briefly analyze this crime, the reasons behind it and how this regulation will apply. In the erratum was treated the proposal to amend the text by emergency ordinance.
