Summary/Abstract: Piotr Natanek is the leader of a religious group in southern Poland. He claims himself to be a prophet, basing his convictions on Agnieszka Jezierska’s private revelations. According to these revelations he has the ability to know both God and his emotions. He describes these emotions to his followers in his preachings. The study is an analysis of a series of Natanek’s sermons titled ’’God’s suffering” from 2012 about suffering caused by the Church to God as well as about the effects the suffering has on God. Some vocabulary of emotions was extracted from Natanek’s narration, which then was classified according to Jonathan H. Turner’s method.
