Summary/Abstract: Romania has always sought to find the most suitable ways to contribute to ensuring a security climate in the Black Sea region, being open to collaboration with all the riparian states and not only, in order to fulfil this wish. Through its specific actions in the region, over time, we can say that Romania is a security provider and not a consumer.
