Summary/Abstract: Human life is invaluable and therefore states would have to spare no effort to estblish bodies and to acquire specific means to save these lives at sea, means that compared to the lives that can be saved are worth insignificant . Permanent development of search rescue service is one of the measures needed to ensure the rights of citizens and to ensure a safe environment in the economic space of any state.
