Summary/Abstract: Will a particular policy include armed struggle, i.e. the most extreme model of political struggle, which follows from von Clausewitz’s theorem, puts radical policy on trial. From modern perspective, the lesson from 1968 is clear: the revolution was not radical enough, and that is the reason why it failed disastrously. The new questions is how radical should the left wing be so as to avoid being too radical, which means preventing it from falling into proletarian dictatorship, and at the same time, how to make it radical enough (in democracy) so as to successfully achieve revolutionary potential
