Summary/Abstract: Placing legal professions under specific regulations, which limit and formalize this kind of economic activity, interferes with economic freedom and the freedom to provide services. Such a situation can only take place whilst preserving the requirements of Directive 2006/123/EC on services in the internal market and the Constitution of the Republic of Poland.
