Summary/Abstract: This article represents a view at divorce from the sight of society and the Church, too. The high divorce rate, the high number of uncomplete family, the presentation of nonlegitimate coexistence, step parents and so on, there are reasons to acquire our attention. The Church also offers a help to the families because it is aware about the function family and the marriage – they create one of the most valuable mankind riches.
