Summary/Abstract: Abstract: The present work is devoted to migration and migration theories that arise from them and how these processes affect Bulgarian migration phenomenon in recent decades. The emphasis is on the Chinese community in Bulgaria, its genesis and development. A historical overview of the movement of human flows from antiquity to the present day with summaries for individual periods. The article attempts to examine the profile of the Chinese immigrant in Bulgaria, and how Chinese community integrates into new economic and political conditions in the country.
