The Process of Studying a Significant Component Quality of Education in a University

Summary/Abstract: In the article taken an attempt to support the thesis formulated in the title referring to the theoretical basis and particularly the concept of school as a learning organization, the analysis of studying in accordance with the paradigms: humanistic and constructivist, and also the results of research on the process of studying. The research shows that the process of studying needs to be improved. It is necessary to engage students in the life of university and involve them in the research process in the course of studies. The greater awareness of teaching effects, greater engagement in activities leading to their fulfillment, the attitude of agency and freedom as well as students’ responsibilities can affect the higher quality of the process of teaching at university.
