Summary/Abstract: The article deals with questions of communication as an attribute of a new era, the era in which the positive effect of information is almost taken for granted – the era in which the communication is, at times almost uncritically, trusted to be a reliable tool in social conflict and social deficit problems solving. Authors endeavor to challenge this assumption by developing a rarely occurring, complex, and seldom developed view of certain structural antagonisms, which state and noctemporary legal system face within the context of communication environment transformation. First two sections of the text attempt to outline the implications of the era of communication abundance for contemporary state and public sector, the following sections focus on the influence of information transformation to the legal system which is, by sociology of law, perceived as the very core of rationally-legal domain of modernity.
